User Guide
Description
A simple platforming fighting game where two players can try to obtain victory. Easy controls make this game easy to pick up and play quickly with different maps, environmental elements and powerups to shake up the gameplay and keep it interesting.
Controls
- Move: A/D or Left/Right Arrow keys
- Jump: W or Up Arrow key
- Ground Pound: S or Down Arrow key
- Shoot: Space or Right Shift
The player 1 can walk and jump with WAS while player 2 uses the arrow keys. Groundpound adds an extra element to movement where you can dodge the other players fireball, but also deal damage when coming from above. When shooting the players vertical movements also affect the angle of their fireball.
Stages
6 unique stages allow for players to keep the fun going with different platforms and environmental elements. While some stages are easy and focus solely on player combat. the harder levels bring pits where the players can fall to their deaths.
From the main menu players can hit play and select their level or checkout the controls directly inside the game.
Powerups
5 different powerups allow players to gain a competitive edge.
Speed: Increases player's movement speed by 50% for 5 seconds.
Jump: Increases the player's jump height by 50% for 5 seconds.
Damage: Increases the player's damage (both projectile and ground pound) by 2X for 5 seconds.
Mass: Increases the player's mass by 20X allowing them to easily push around their opponent for 5 seconds.
Health: Resets the player's health to full.
Warp Points
Allow player's to move around the maps almost instantly from one warp to another.
Falling Platform
To be nice it gives a warning flash before it falls, if the player isn't out of the way when it does they will be falling with it.
Moving Platform
The platform moves between two points help the players gain height on their opponent or get closer to them.
